BBC bans discussion about UCU Boycott
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbfivelive/F2148564?thread=5510211
We have been watching BBC 5Live Messageboards recently because of an extraordinary number of deleted discussions. We have evidence that if you discuss "Israel" or "Antisemitism" then the BBC will stop you discussing it. We saw a reasonable post about the UCU second attempt at a boycott. Sensing that the BBC has a tendency recently to bar discussions that are supportive of Israel we took a screen capture (just in case). Here is what that message was that the BBC thought was so terrible, so unsuitable, so rule-breaking that it needed to be censored.

It appears to be UK News, Current News and seems to fit all the BBC rules. So why have they banned it?
Is the BBC joining the Witch Hunt? http://www.spectator.co.uk/melaniephillips/736686/the-universities-witchhunt-against-the-jews.thtml
UPDATE: The post has remained hidden for 3 Hours at the last time we peeked. Then we see another (minimalist) attempt has been made to breach The BBC Caliphate Walls http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbfivelive/F2148565?thread=5511719&post=64127918#p64127918 Inshallah it might spark a debate! (just trying to curry favour with the BBC!)
UPDATE: YES!!!!!! They banned the second attempt.
And here is what the BBC find so offensive:-

You could NOT get more minimalists. There is nothing offensive here and so we assume that this is BBC extreme prejudice. Here is proof they hid it a second time.

UPDATE: The reason the discussion was Hidden turns out to be that it linked to the Legal Opinion document which happened to be a .PDF - and that is against the rules. Well OK, but why take over a day to tell the poster and effectively destroy the debate?
Hello DreidelSpin
Your post wasn't canned, it was referred as you had included a PDF link.
PDF links are against House Rules as they initiate automatic downloads.

BTW, we are NOT the poster named in the communication. We don't post there - we watch.
