I have decided that ALL entries will appear in the LATEST News and Discussion Section because I can Create multiple Categories for them and generally people notice new content by reference to the opening page.
For major articles or discussion points I will still file them in a relevant section and include a small link to it in the LATEST News and Discussion Section.
That means you can use the News and Discussion Archive link to reference ALL articles on the site. A single reference page.
